Schedule

Must have open availability Monday-Sunday, 6am-3pm

Your permanent 8-hour shift will be assigned during your first week of training.

Training: 2 weeks, Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm (onsite, fully paid)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

(Other duties may be assigned)

Handle Outbound prospect calls related to new Internet service inquiries.

Use prepared scripts and consultative questioning to understand customer needs and influence buying decisions.

Build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and communicate clearly and professionally.

Work in a fast-paced,



performance-driven environment with hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Accurately capture customer information and enter data into CRM systems.

Follow all quality assurance guidelines and call flow requirements.

Must Haves

2+ years of sales experience (call center experience preferred).

Experience in Outbound sales, telesales, or customer engagement is a strong plus.

Strong communication skills with a persuasive, professional sales approach.

Ability to multitask, self‑manage, and stay organized.

Positive attitude, team-player mindset, and resilience in a target-driven environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Fluency in both English and Spanish required.

What We Offer

Base salary: $16,000 monthly + uncapped commission opportunities

Training fully paid

Two days off per week (Fix Schedule)
