The Sales & Aftersales Manager LATAM is responsible for driving commercial performance, brand standards, and customer experience across Maserati’s importer network in Latin America.

Operating within an importer-based distribution model, this role acts as the primary regional interface between Maserati headquarters and LATAM importers, ensuring alignment on sales, after sales, marketing execution, and operational performance across the full customer lifecycle.

The position focuses on performance steering, business consultation, and network development, supporting importers in achieving sustainable growth while maintaining Maserati luxury brand standards.

The roel requires strong integration and ongoing coordination with key cross-functional teams, including SC, product, finance and customer experience to ensure aligned execution of commercial objectives across the LATAM region

Key Responsibilities





Importer Performance Management & Business Steering
- Act as primary commercial liaison between Maserati and LATAM importers.
- Support importers in achieving regional sales, aftersales, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Monitor importer business performance through defined KPIs, scorecards, and performance reviews.
- Provide strategic consultation to importer leadership on commercial planning, organizational structure, and operational improvements.
- Develop corrective action plans with importers to address performance gaps.
- Ensure alignment between importer strategies and Maserati general objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with importer principals and executive leadership teams.

Sales Planning, Wholesale & Distribution
- Manage regional retail and wholesale planning in coordination with importers and central planning teams.
