Project Manager

Position Objective
(What is the purpose of the role?)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Creation, alignment, and execution of projects aligned with the company’s strategy.- Support and influence projects, product owners, leaders,



and sponsors by defining the appropriate methodology from initiation to successful closure.- Monitor and control the entire project portfolio and initiatives, fostering alignment across departments and building positive cross-functional relationships.
- Promote and influence continuous improvement processes.
- Maintain effective change management as organizational needs evolve.
- Conduct project evaluations and assess results, including evaluation of team member performance and benefits realization.
- Technical Requirements & Skills
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance,Engineering or a quantitative discipline.- Languages- Fluent English (written and spoken required).
- Experience- 3-5 years of Project Management experience.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Deliver presentations to internal stakeholders and executive teams.
