The role
To ensure effective financial management of production operations through strong manufacturing controlling expertise, providing cost transparency, performance analysis, and strategic business partnering with Operations. This role acts as a key financial counterpart to production and plant management,
enabling accurate cost control, robust financial planning, and data-driven decision-making to drive efficiency and profitability.
How you’ll make an impact
Manufacturing / Production Controlling
- Analyze and monitor manufacturing costs, cost of goods sold (COGS), and production
- margins
- Perform variance analyses between presente, budget, and standard costs
- Support and maintain standard costing and product cost calculations
- Identify cost drivers and operational improvement opportunities
- Develop and monitor production KPIs and efficiency metrics
Financial Planning & Reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Prepare monthly performance reports and management presentations
- Provide financial insights to support operational decision-making
- Ensure transparency on cost structures and profitability drivers
