Where You’ll Make a Difference
Provide technical leadership for electrical, instrumentation, automation, and control systems across the facility
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, instrumentation, and automation issues to support operational continuity
Ensure the reliability and availability of motors,



Motor Control Centers (MCCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), process instrumentation, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and control systems
Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability and plant performance
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring equipment failures
Manage calibration activities and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and operational requirements
Identify and implement opportunities to improve safety, reliability, efficiency, and energy utilization across the operation
Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, commissioning activities, and startup initiatives
Maintain electrical documentation, control system records, instrumentation databases, and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;), while providing technical guidance to ma
