In this role you will contribute to the design and deployment of innovative IoT, camera, and cloud solutions using modern web, API, edge gateway, and wireless sensor technologies.
As IoT Engineer - Camera Operations Analyst you will support the deployment, operation, and troubleshooting of camera devices within the IoT ecosystem.
You contribution:
- Support remote deployment and maintenance of IoT cameras in field environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and connectivity issues impacting camera operations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure.:
- Provide remote technical and customer support (IM, phone, virtual sessions).
- Work closely with field technicians during installation and maintenance activities.
- Participate in on‑call rotation (including occasional weekends and US holidays).
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.:
- Strong knowledge of Python, Linux, Bash scripting, Git, and GitHub.:
- Understanding of software development principles and Agile methodologies.:
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
