What the day will look like:
Aon’s Innovation and Integrated Solutions (IIS) team is comprised of six areas: Pharmacy, Audit, Clinical/Wellbeing, Compliance & Policy Consulting, Time Away & Life Solutions and Innovation. While this role will primarily support our Health Transformation Team (Clinical /Wellbeing), there is an opportunity to support additional IIS areas.

Engage in a wide variety of topics including clinical topics, employee wellbeing and engagement plans, inclusive benefits and care delivery, such as below:




- Provide project coordination and day to day support for client projects, helping ensure timelines, priorities, and results are well organized and progressing as planned.
- Assist in crafting client presentations and materials, helping translate qualitative and quantitative information into clear, well structured slides and documents that are accurate and easy to understand.
- Support Request For Proposal (RFP) efforts by capturing inputs, handling the organization of content, and assisting with analysis of responses.
- Work in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment that requires learning new topics frequently, staying organized, and leading multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with global teammates in the U.S., India, Mexico City, and Gurgaon, following established processes, communicating progress clearly, and incorporating feedback from more experienced colleagues.
