The Engineering Program Manager (EPM) for Filter NTI is responsible for end-to-end execution of complex filter NTI programs, from concept and feasibility through release readiness. This role serves as the single-threaded owner for schedule, cost (NRE), risk,



and cross-functional alignment across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer-facing teams.

This role requires deep, disciplined program execution, and the ability to drive clarity in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Manages people who lead cross-functional teams that are focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system from design to release for customers. Develops, defines and executes project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables. Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles. Monitors the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with external customers or field-based employees on technical matters, as needed.
