We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and elevate the performance of our sales teams in Cancun.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing team performance, and implementing best-in-class sales strategies within the travel and cruise industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage and develop two sales teams
- Drive consistent revenue growth and achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for both teams
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including close rates, revenue per call, call quality, conversion rates, and callback discipline
- Conduct daily/weekly coaching sessions, live call listening, side-by-sides, and performance calibrations
- Implement and enforce sales processes, scripts, and best practices (with focus on first-call closing and effective follow-ups)
- Identify performance gaps and execute targeted training programs to improve team results
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales on strategy, forecasting, and process improvements




- Maintain strong team morale while holding individuals accountable for results
- Analyze sales data and reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and leadership to maximize revenue opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Resume/CV must be submitted in English:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience preferred
- 3-5 years of sales management experience in a high-volume sales environment (travel, cruise, hospitality, or timeshare preferred)
- Strong travel industry background is highly desired
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and improving team performance
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales agents to higher levels of performance
