Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service in English.
- Identify sales opportunities and promote services or solutions based on customer needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems (CRM or similar tools).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service with a strong sales component.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 - C2)

- Currently residing in Hermosillo, Sonora.
- Availability to work versátil schedules.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite in a structured, fast-paced environment.
