The Senior Procurement Manager - Residential, is part of the Commercial RHVAC BU Procurement team and leads the site Procurement team members to develop and execute Procurement Strategies to support all Residential products. The Senior Procurement Manager will play a key role in improving our overall procurement and supply capabilities by helping to leverage our Functional Excellence to develop our Talent for Growth, create Innovative Strategies, and continually improve our Dynamic Supply Chain. This role will fully engage with our Product Growth Team (PGT) and partner with category teams to ensure we have the right procurement strategy,



including supplier selection, to support profitable growth.
