Role Definition
The Supplier Quality Engineer supports supplier quality performance for facilities by driving issue resolution, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role ensures process controls, audits, and preventive actions that protect production and strengthen supplier capabilities. The SQE collaborates with cross-functional teams and international suppliers to maintain reliable material flow and mitigate operational risks. A strong sense of urgency, effective prioritization, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential,



as the role directly impacts plant stability and supply network performance.
- Resolve supplier quality issues and lead corrective action activities.
- Conduct supplier audits, evaluations, inspections, and process reviews.
- Implement QMS controls, certification programs, and compliance activities.
- Lead containment, root cause analysis, and improvement projects with suppliers.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports with recommendations.
- Maintain documentation and traceability for all quality-related activities.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy.
- Communicate effectively in English with international suppliers.
- Work with urgency and perform well under pressure.

Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- English: Intermediate-Advanced (mandatory).
