How you create impact:
- Develop and maintain competitive ocean freight pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and business objectives.
- Prepare and manage ocean freight quotations for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and strategic partners to secure competitive rates and service offerings.
- Analyze market trends, trade lane developments, and carrier capacity to identify opportunities and risks.
- Support the sales organization with pricing expertise, market intelligence, and tailored logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with operations, procurement,



and commercial teams to ensure accurate and profitable pricing decisions.
- Monitor pricing performance and contribute to continuous process improvements within the sea logistics organization.

What we would like you to bring:
- Experience in ocean freight forwarding, sea logistics, trade management, or pricing.
- Knowledge of international shipping, carrier networks, trade lanes, and freight rate structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Experience preparing quotations and negotiating rates with carriers and logistics providers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other pricing or analytical tools.
