- Lead quality engineering initiatives, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement advanced quality assurance strategies and processes to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Oversee quality assurance activities throughout the product lifecycle, including design, development, and manufacturing.
- Create and maintain documentation related to quality standards, procedures,



and specifications.
- Perform risk assessments and evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools and techniques.
- Proficient in using statistical process control (SPC), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and design of experiments (DOE).
