The Work
(What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for software engineering, data, and infrastructure roles, from intake to offer.
- Source, screen, and engage top technical talent using creative outreach and strong storytelling.
- Build and maintain pipelines for Frontend, Backend, Fullstack, DevOps, Data, and ML/AI Engineers.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements, team needs, and role expectations.
- rack recruiting metrics and collaborate with the talent team to improve hiring strategies and results.

Needed Expertise

- 3+ years of experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of common tech stacks, engineering profiles, and data or AI roles.
- Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack O
