Job Summary

RUI is hiring Bilingual Retention Specialists (Call Center) with proven experience in customer retention, or collections.

This role is idóneo for professionals who excel at handling objections, reducing cancellations, and driving customer loyalty in a fast-paced contact center environment.

You will manage inbound retention calls, resolve customer concerns, and deliver effective solutions to retain customers and meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound retention calls and prevent customer cancellations
- Meet and exceed retention KPIs and performance metrics:
- Document interactions using CRM systems

Requirements:
- 1+ year call center experience (Retention, Collections, or Sales)
- Advanced English (B2+/C1) - strong communication skills
- Proven customer retention and negotiation skills:
- Ability to multitask and navigate CRM tools:
- Full-time availability
- Stable work history (low job hopping)
