We're hiring an IMPORT / EXPORT AUXILIARY with 2 years minimum in the automotive sector who handle fluid english (B2 - C1),

We are looking for the best talent for LOGISTICS:
Requirements:
- English conversational indispensable
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in the automotive industries (2 years)

*Follow up import operations

*Communication with forwarders

*Tracking reports

*Weekly summary reports

*Lead time and performance review

*Reports of issues

*Improvement plan

*Import tracking report

*Yearly tracking reports

*Fill out the formats and documents for customs purposes

*Support on PACE tax process submission

*Submit all the necessary documents that need to be uploaded to the system

*Communicate with Prodensa and the customs broker

*Provide the necessary documents required by Prodensa, such as missing BOM's, contact the customs broker for classification, etc.

*Raw material pickup Tesca





*Communicate with the supplier and freight forwarder as planned to arrange the pickup

*Coordinate customs clearance after the cargo arrives at the port and delivery to the plant

*Sign the POD after delivery

*Collection for the POD from the forwarder

*Make the POD and go to the warehouse to get the sign from the warehouse

*Empty container / Follow up

*Check with the receiving team which trailers have arrived at the plant

*Make the input information on the daily report
