The Role:
You’ll be our fraud-fighting detective, using data analysis and investigation skills to protect our platform from suspicious activity and ensure our players have a safe gaming experience.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Perform early detection of fraudulent accounts using internal tools and by reviewing suspicious transactions
- Conduct deep, comprehensive analysis of data to assess potential risks, concerns, and business impact
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and investigation data
- Review transaction reports for suspicious activity and conduct pattern analysis
- Collaborate with team members to analyze findings and present investigation results




- Verify customer payment methods and assess accounts to determine if documentation is required
- Review document alerts and process KYC profiles in line with company policies and best practices
- Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews on high-risk customers and request additional documentation when necessary
- Meet personal productivity targets and attendance expectations

What We Are Looking For:
- Strong analytical skills with experience in fraud detection or risk management
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and transaction monitoring systems
- Knowledge of KYC/AML procedures and compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns in large datasets
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating cross-functionally
- Ability to work independently while meeting productivity targets and deadlines
