Core Responsibilities:
- Facilitate standardization and continuous improvement of equipment.
- Provide technical guidance for equipment design and construction with suppliers.
- Support in the design, development, and testing of new equipment according to standards.
- Contribute mechanical engineering inputs to technical project management.
- Ensure new equipment meets criteria for safety, quality, stability, output, and cost.
- Participate in global flow implementation for potential new factories.

Do you have what it takes?:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent)



with relevant experience in maintenance or manufacturing, ideally in multinational environments.
- Technical knowledge of machine safety, mechanics, pneumatics, electricity, and electronics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience with Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt is a plus).
- Knowledge in industrial drawings and advanced tools such as Excel, SAP, and CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
- Experience in project costing and budgeting; flexibility for off-shift work and occasional integral travel.
- Advanced communication skills both in English and Spanish, verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas.
