Position Overview:We’re looking for a highly organized and results‑driven Planner Buyer to join our team. This person will help ensure material availability, support supplier relationships, and maintain a smooth and efficient supply chain. The role focuses on balancing inventory levels, meeting production requirements, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and execute purchases for both direct and indirect materials.
- Manage inventory levels and analyze MRP requirements.
- Track purchase orders and follow up on delivery dates.
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers to ensure commitments are met.
- Address material issues, delivery delays, or discrepancies in a constructive and solution‑oriented way.
- Monitor purchasing KPIs and supplier performance.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Logistics,



and Finance to support operational needs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Planner Buyer, Buyer, Supply Chain Analyst, or a similar role.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced English.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with a friendly and collaborative communication style.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or maquiladora environments.
- Knowledge of inventory management and forecasting.
