The Opportunity
- The International CCO function drives Net Revenue growth by embedding and accelerating best-in-class commercial practices and capabilities across markets. It consists of two key teams:
- GTM, DX & Digital Commerce
- Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
- Role Overview: The Go-to-Market Away-from-Home (AFH) and Organize Trade (OT) Director will lead the go-to-market strategy for Anchor Markets focused on developing playbooks for building capabilities and best practice sharing while ensuring alignment with Business Units (BU) and Integral Strategy & Transformation (S&T;).
Your Impact
As AFH / OT Director your scope would consist of:
- Define the GTM strategy for AFH and OT in Anchor Markets.
- Lead the creation of playbooks that describe the elements of GTM Capabilities and best practices.
- Co-create the GTM Mosaics for each Anchor Market with a clear North Star for AFH.
- Lead the digital transformation of merchandisers in OT.
- Design the Customer Service capability (Including CPFR) for OT.
