A Call Center Agent is responsible for identifying and evaluating potential real estate buyers / investors while supporting Capital Markets activities.

This role will be in charge to coordinate diligence efforts with internal teams facilitate sales acquisitions across in the most important places in Mexico.

Details:
- Professional English communication.
- 1+ years of proven experience in sales, or real estate field.
- Commission in US dollars per closed deal.:
- Prospecting and negotiation experience.
- Must be comfortable working 9:00AM - 5:00PM CST
- Highly organized with ability to prioritize work independently with mínimal oversight.
- Impeccable attention to detail with a natural strength in mathematic.
- We provide investor lists — you focus on connecting & closing
- Onsite role.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling to identify potential real estate buyers.
- Coordinate due diligence tracker and outreach to ensure a transaction closes on-schedule.
- Handle pre-screening and closing calls with clients.
- Focus on maintaining a customer centric approach.

Pay: From $12,800.00 per month
