- Job Summary:
The Compensation GPO Analytics role is responsible for supporting the Global Process Owner (GPO) for Compensation by providing data-driven insights, analysis, and reporting to optimize compensation strategies and ensure global consistency and compliance.
- Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of compensation data, including salary structures, bonus programs, equity plans, and benefits, to identify trends, outliers,



and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive compensation reports and dashboards for various stakeholders, including HR leadership, GPO, and senior management.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
- Support the annual compensation review process by providing data analysis, modeling, and recommendations.

Compensation Program Support:
- Assist the Compensation GPO in the design, development, and implementation of global compensation policies, programs, and processes.
- Conduct market research and benchmark analysis to ensure Jabil's compensation practices remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
