Responsible for leading and optimizing wire harness manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, operational efficiency, and financial objectives across the organization.

- Technical & Operational: Expertise in wire harness manufacturing (assembly, cutting, crimping, electrical testing, packaging), supply chain management (MRP, inventory, logistics), compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, financial management (analysis, budgeting, P&L;, balance sheet), and enterprise management with focus on cash levers and business equation elements.
- Leadership & People Management: Strong leadership with strategic vision and tactical execution, resilience, teamwork, adaptability, emotional intelligence, management of multidisciplinary teams, talent development, accountability to performance metrics, and experience in union negotiations.
