Position: Recruiter / HR Recruiter

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a recruiter
- General knowledge of Human Resources processes (recruitment, selection, interviews, screenings, and evaluations)
- English level C1 or C2 (fluent or near-native) — _mandatory requirement_
- Excellent command of digital tools and recruitment platforms:
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to work toward goals

We Offer:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Salary: Between $20,000 and $25,000 MXN per month, depending on experience and English proficiency
