Responsibilities
- Supervise and Lead Production Staff: Direct daily operations, including job assignments, scheduling, and training.
- Meet Production Goals: Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are met on time and within budget.
- Ensure Quality and Safety: Implement and enforce strict quality control and safety procedures. Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
- Optimize Processes: Identify and implement improvements to production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage Resources: Oversee the allocation of labor, materials, and equipment to maximize productivity.
- Troubleshoot and Problem-Solve: Quickly identify and resolve issues that arise during production.
- Report on Performance: Track and report on key production metrics, including output, quality, and downtime.
- Mentor and Develop Team: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to your team to help them grow professionally.

Qualifications
- Proven Experience: At least 6 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment,



with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively relay instructions and report on progress.
- Education: A degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
