One of our key clients, an international holding company that develops products for the entertainment industry, is currently looking for a Product Manager (Merchandise) to join their growing team in LATAM.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager with experience in the production and manufacturing of physical goods, preferably apparel, têxtiles, merchandise, or custom products.

You will be responsible for managing the full production lifecycle — from supplier sourcing, sampling, and testing to mass production, quality control, logistics, and final warehouse delivery.

Responsibilities
- Launch pilot and large-scale production batches, overseeing the entire process from sampling and testing through mass production and final quality control (QC).
- Manage the full production lifecycle, ensuring products meet quality standards, timelines, and project requirements.




- Identify and develop new manufacturing opportunities and production partners across the LATAM region.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative team to bring product concepts into production while maintaining design and quality standards.
- Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment, delivery, and receipt of finished products.
- Monitor production timelines, proactively resolve operational issues, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in manufacturing within the LATAM market, preferably in apparel, têxtiles, merchandise, or custom physical goods.- Established network of manufacturers, factories, suppliers, or production contractors across LATAM.
- Solid knowledge of apparel and physical goods manufacturing, including production processes and custom product technologies.
