- The Eaton Leadership Development Program Finance & Accounting is a two-year program that involves 3 assignments in an Eaton facility that each last 12 months.- FP&L; (Financial Planning& Analysis)
- 1 year
- Operations Finance Rotation
- 6 months
- Specialty Rotation (Controllership, internal audit, Integral Finance Accounting or Taxes)
