Objetive:
- Manage the planning department for scheduling the demand according to the customer's delivery date and when it should be manufactured based on an elaborated production plan.

Main functions:
- Lead and set up correct levels of inventory according the demand and setting of oracle.- Specific measurements of orders planned are needed within a certain time period to deliver on time.- Analyze the demand and establish the production needs based on the capacity for the fulfillment of the plant.- Serve as the primary resource to coordinate projects that support point of manufacturing decisions, footprint utilization,



supply chain optimization and product transfers- Support strategic alignment between general, regional, and site Operational strategies as needed to support business growth trajectory, customer service expectations and optimize cost.- Create and manage the process of resource planning, Rough Cut Capacity Planning, and Capacity Requirement Planning.- Develop and validate Total Landed Cost strategies for key products.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or desirable a Master's according to Job position.- 8+ years of Supply Chain or manufacturing experience- At least 3 years of experience as a Manager.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Automotive experience.- Experience in other Operations disciplines beyond Supply Chain Planning, i.e. Production, Logistics, etc.
