In this global role, you will lead cross-functional projects, define key performance metrics, and implement process enhancements across departments to ensure efficiency and growth. This position is based in Querétaro, Mexico, with a flexible working model.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Project Management and Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Resource Allocation and Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to allocate resources, define project goals, and align deliverables with business objectives.
Advanced Data Analytics & Data-Driven Insights:



Conduct in-depth analysis using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to generate actionable insights. Utilize Power BI to create real-time dashboards and reports that track performance metrics, resource utilization, and business health.
KPI Development, Tracking, Communication and Reporting: Collaborate with business leaders to define and monitor relevant KPIs and success metrics for projects and ongoing operations. Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations on project progress, milestones, and performance to key stakeholders.
We’re Looking for Someone With
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile) or Continuous Improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are preferable.
