Job Description:
As a test engineer in the connected vehicles team at Bosch Engineering you will work on a host of challenging projects related to connecting vehicles to the internet and to each other.
You will join a small team of passionate engineers who are pushing boundaries and developing cutting edge solutions. You will set-up test environments, define test automation and execute tests for our digital services. This includes the reporting of defects and issues to the SW development team. You will be a part of the team which takes care of the entire software lifecycle from requirements and design through testing, deployment, and maintenance.
You will use modern best practices including Git based development with continuous integration and deployment and cloud-native technologies whenever possible.
Tasks:
- Creation of tests specifications
- Setup and maintenance of test environment
- Define and implement Test Automation
- Test implementation
- Test execution
- Creation of test protocols
- Analysis of detected issues/deviations
- Feedback about the work package status to the test manager
- Inspection of all relevant development documents with the verification and validation view
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science
- Knowledge in JavaScript, Python programming languages
- Requires 3+ years of experience as Test Engineer or SW Developer for automotive IoT End-to-End solutions
- Fluent English skill
