Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility in Tijuana
Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand
Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet specifications
Manage inventory levels to optimize production efficiency
Supervise assembly and production teams to ensure they meet production goals
Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely delivery of products
Work with maquiladoras to leverage their expertise and resources
Implement and maintain safety standards and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control principles
Experience with maquiladoras and working in a cross-border manufacturing environment
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
