As a ISC Jr Supervisor at Honeywell, you will lead and coordinate a team to achieve operational excellence and deliver high-quality results within the Building Automation sector. You will play a key role in driving team performance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will report directly to the management team and work on-site at our Juarez, Chihuahua location.

In this role, you will contribute to the success of Honeywell by leading your team to achieve production and project goals, improve processes, and support the growth and innovation of the Building Management Systems (BMS) business.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Currently pursuing the final semesters of an Engineering degree or recently graduated in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in leadership roles managing teams within a technical or operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of building management systems and related technologies.
- Proficiency with relevant tools and software used in building automation and control systems.




- Ability to drive process improvements and manage project timelines effectively.
- SAP Knowledge.Basic knowledge of reporting tools such as Microsoft Office or similar.

- Participate in daily management meetings at different production levels as part of HOS, responding effectively and promptly to issues within their area of responsibility.
