We are looking for a Chief QA Automation Engineer to take ownership of quality assurance for an enterprise AI platform built around MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers. This opportunity suits a technically driven professional who enjoys blending quality engineering expertise with exposure to emerging AI systems. You will hold a key responsibility in verifying the accuracy and stability of sophisticated, agent-oriented architectures.

Responsibilities

Review product and architectural documentation to craft the QA strategy and define testing boundaries for AI solutions built on MCP
Develop and program Python-based automated testing suites spanning MCP Servers, tools, resources, APIs, and associated integrations
Verify accurate MCP protocol operation, encompassing tool discovery and execution, schema checks, error management, authentication/authorization, and integration testing
Investigate agent-to-MCP-to-tool sequences, covering successful, unsuccessful, boundary, breakdown, and security-focused test conditions
Evaluate the stability, performance, scalability, and readiness for production of MCP-based services
Set up quality gates and weave automated testing directly into CI/CD processes
Identify emerging quality issues, analyze the root causes of
