Responsibilities

Design and develop backend services that meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements




Participate in architectural discussions to help shape the long-term direction of our systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the services you build
Review code from fellow team members to maintain consistent quality and standards
Diagnose and resolve complex issues affecting application performance and stability
Support the deployment and operational health of applications running in cloud environments
Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, tools, and workflows
Participate in planning sessions to estimate effort and scope for upcoming work
Mentor and support other engineers throughout the development process
