* Maintain and update standard costs for manufactured products, including
monthly and annual inventory revaluations.
* Calculate and validate standard costs for new part numbers.
* Analyze cost variances, inventory movements, and historical cost data to
support internal stakeholders.
* Prepare daily manufacturing finance reports (inventory levels, absorption,
manufacturing expenses, earned hours).
* Perform inventory reconciliations by part number and location.
* Support scrap recovery processes by reconciling supplier billings against
scrap manifests.
* Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries in Oracle.
* Prepare financial and cost-related reports for management review.
* Participate in internal and external audits, including WIP and quarantine
inventory reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting
* 2 years of experience in accounting, cost accounting, or manufacturing
finance.
* Solid knowledge of accounting principles and inventory accounting.
* Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
* Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
* Knowledge of standard costing, inventory valuation and reconciliation, and
cost variance analysis.
* Experience using ERP systems (Oracle or similar).
* Experience using financial reporting or consolidation tools integrated with
Excel (e.g., SmartView, Hyperion, or similar).
* Experience supporting audits or compliance activities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
* Proactive mindset with attention to detail and strong sense of
responsibility.
