We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Case Management & Legal Support Specialist to support personal injury cases from intake through settlement. This role combines case coordination, client communication, document preparation, and administrative support to ensure efficient case progression and exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Case Management & Documentation
- Manage a high volume of personal injury cases, ensuring each receives proper attention
- Prepare and organize legal documents, including demand packages, medical records, and correspondence
- Scan, upload, and maintain accurate files in a case management system
- Print and compile records, bills, and supporting documentation for attorneys
- Maintain well-organized, accurate, and up-to-date digital case files

Client Communication & Follow-Up
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure progress on treatments, documentation, and case updates
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the case lifecycle

Coordination & External Communication
- Communicate with hospitals, clinics,



police departments, insurance companies, and opposing counsel
- Request medical records, billing statements, and other case-related documents
- Coordinate physical therapy appointments and follow up with clients

Legal & Administrative Support
- Assist in preparing documents sent to insurance companies and third parties
- Support attorneys, office managers, and staff with daily legal and administrative tasks
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist other office roles (reception, mail handling, etc.) when required
- Participate in daily and weekly task management

Case Closing Support
- Assist with settlement processes, including preparation and disbursement support
- Ensure all final documentation is complete and properly filed
