We are looking for a Lead Front-End Developer to modernize tooling, accelerate CI/CD, and enable safe AI-assisted development across teams. You will remove workflow friction from local setup to production and coach engineers on best practices — apply to help boost productivity at scale.
Responsibilities
Optimize the front-end development lifecycle from local setup to production deployment
Diagnose bottlenecks in build, test, and deployment flows and implement measurable fixes
Design and maintain shared front-end tooling, templates, and boilerplate configurations
Standardize monorepo practices, linting, formatting, and dependency management patterns
Drive adoption of AI-assisted coding tools and define safe usage guidelines
Pilot and integrate AI agents and code-generation workflows into everyday engineering practices
Collaborate with DevOps to accelerate CI/CD, reduce build times, and improve feedback loops
Improve bundle size, compilation speed, and overall runtime performance of front-end deliverables
Document best practices and deliver training to help teams adopt new workflows quickly
Requirements
5+ years of JavaScript and TypeScript experience in modern front-end ecosystems
Expertise in React and Next.js
Lead-level ownership experience driving developer experience or platform initiatives
Strong CI/CD pipeline expertise with build, test, and release automation
