Responsibilities

Set and drive the strategic roadmap for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption across the organization




Conduct readiness assessments to confirm data and governance foundations support Copilot deployment
Develop organizational capability and lead change management for AI-powered productivity tools
Align corporate teams and frontline workers to ensure shared goals for Copilot deployment
Create measurement frameworks to track adoption and quantify business value
Partner with technology architecture and business transformation stakeholders to coordinate delivery
Manage governance, security, and compliance considerations tied to Copilot deployment
Advise teams on licensing decisions and roadmap planning for Microsoft 365 Copilot

Requirements

Proven background with 7+ years in M365 architecture, including tenant administration, Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive at enterprise scale
Deep understanding of Microsoft Graph and Semantic Index, including Copilot grounding behavior and end-to-end data flows
