The Brand Account Assoc Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of different brand accounts for the Frito-Lay North America Team,



including collaboration with internal team members and internal stakeholders to develop world-class content development. You will lead the day-to-day client business management and supervise the execution of multiple account deliverables happening simultaneously. You must be able to build upon tactical ideas and think strategically about a brand or business and partner with the creative / art team. Also, you will be managing a team of account coordinators and executives to achieve business goals.
- Maintaining a high level of performance by the account team.
- Strategic thinker capable of leading the development of a brand’s engagement strategy, annual plans and specific projects with multiple stakeholders including internal and external agency partners and clients.
- Being sufficiently informed and personally involved, ensuring sound planning, good service and a solid client/agency relationship.
