- Fundamental Customer Focus: Understands and meets the needs of both internal and external customers; provides high-quality service, flight information, and timely follow-ups to ensure maximum responsiveness and satisfaction.

- Safety & Compliance: Adheres to and promotes strict company safety standards and regulatory requirements to ensure a secure work environment.

- Problem Solving & Decision Making: Identifies operational bottlenecks or customer issues, analyzes available data, and implements sound, timely decisions to improve overall efficiency.
- Administrative Excellence: Manages documentation, sends invoices to pre-paid customers,



and maintains proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for reporting.
- Operational Communication: Notifies clients regarding departures, arrivals, delays, or cancellations, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Recent graduates in Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields (Degree not mandatory).
- Experience: No previous Call Center experience required.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Availability: High flexibility for rotating shifts and weekend work.
