- Deliver training on various tools applicable to the product development process (e.g., FMEA, Special Characteristics, DRBFM, Problem Solving) with the aim of improving the skills and competencies of the company's engineers.
- Support engineering teams and production support in identifying methods or tools for problem-solving.
