Monthly Salary: Up to $15,000 MXN (based on English proficiency and experience)

Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Bilingual Sales / Collections Specialist for a fully on-site position in Guadalajara, Jalisco. This role is idóneo for professionals with experience in sales or collections who are confident communicating with clients and handling sensitive conversations.

You will be responsible for contacting leads or clients, understanding their situation, and guiding them through the next steps through effective communication and follow-up.

Important: This is an on-site position in Guadalajara. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients and leads via phone, messages, and follow-ups
- Handle conversations related to payments, services, or account status
- Manage collections conversations in a professional and respectful manner
- Maintain clear communication in English and Spanish




- Enter and update client information, notes, and interactions in the CRM
- Follow up consistently to improve conversions and client engagement
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper case handling

Requirements:
- English level: intermediate to advanced, written and spoken
- Spanish proficiency, written and spoken
- Previous experience in sales or collections (required):
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and guide conversations effectively
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and multiple tools
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Guadalajara, Jalisco

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with U.S.based clients or companies
- Background in call center, customer service, or retention roles
- Experience handling high-volume communication and follow-ups
