About the role
- Area of Responsibility is: LATAM and North America (Americas).
- Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco. (ONSITE WORK)

What you will be doing
- Design, configure, and develop high‑quality solutions aligned with business needs, architecture standards, security,



and governance requirements.
- Plan, track, and report on delivery scope, schedule, quality, risks, dependencies, and benefits; self-manage small to medium enhancements.
- Lead release, patching, upgrade, and lifecycle activities, including impact assessment, change management, and business communications.
- Manage and coordinate vendors and outsourced partners, ensuring SLA adherence and successful project delivery and transition to support.
- Engage with business and IT stakeholders to align priorities, ensure ROI, and drive demand and project outcomes.
