Job Summary:
This position will provide support in the management of mechanical and electrical maintenance (M&E;) and building, ensuring compliance with internal machinery service processes. It will also monitor compliance with safety regulations (LOTTO, ZMS, FDP). You will also work closely with the support team and engineers to implement training programs and continuous improvement strategies, ensuring compliance with MP, TPM, uptime, MTTR, and MTBF indicators.

What will you do:
- Perform machine and buildings safety audits.
- Identify and report on security risks.




- Supervise and generate reports for the management of the machinery and building status.
- Ensure the efficient execution of maintenance plans.
- Support the team in implementing robust solutions to improve overall team efficiency, performance, and uptime.
- Manage the tracking of work orders, spare parts consumption, and maintenance procedures.
- Develop and improve maintenance routines, procedures, and technical documentation.
- Ensures compliance with the various building audits such as CQMS, Factory Mutual, Conagua, STPS, among others.
- Validate the management of maintenance budgets and the control of costs per asset.
- Communicate key issues related to equipment performance and maintenance to the support team.

Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architect, Electromechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Civil Engineer or a related field.
