Job description

We’re looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Representative with a strong technical support background, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, follow through, and someone willing to learn and work as a collective team member and individually.

Activity Description:
- Effectively communicate in English with our integral engineering teams and our B2B partners/customers
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
- Responding to IT issues; hardware maintenance, software, networking, etc.
- Installing and configuring signage hardware, software, systems and, network
- Assisting with systems backups and recovery and file maintenance operations
- Monitoring and maintaining signage CMS system and networks
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology and systems for potential implementation
- Providing technical support across the organization (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Training staff members on new systems, software, and technology




- Creating and maintaining documentation and procedures for IT processes
- Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Quickly learn our CMS and ticket system to provide knowledgeable and accurate responses.

Requirements:
- BS/BA in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in working as an IT desk technician or in a similar customer support role
- Increase your knowledge through certifications.
- Experience designing, implementing, testing, and consuming REST APIs.
- AWS knowledgeable
- Understanding on various software development tools, software process, and environments
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in a help desk/IT support role
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
- Certifications such as AWS Advanced Networking or Solutions Architect, Network + / Cisco Certified Network Associate required o
