Summary:
As a key member of the Commercial Team, the Global Account Management Director will be responsible for customer growth and retention. This includes developing and strengthening the customer’s relationships, defining,



and developing the strategic customer account strategy, and driving a unified customer strategy across Benchmark globally for Benchmark’s strategic and growth customers. The Director of Global Account Management will be Benchmark’s point of contact for customer satisfaction, customer health, financial performance, VOC, and customer escalation as required.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and own customer executive relationships as well as deep multi-level and multi-functional relationships at customer locations.
- The Global Account Management Director understands key customer stakeholders and influencers and develops strategies to ensure effective relationships are in place for the partnership.
- Determine key stakeholders and influencers for customer account sustainment and growth.
- Orchestrates and develops customer account strategy to include strategic and technology roadmaps by working with Business Development,
