Job Type: Contract / Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and create test scenarios and test cases

Perform functional, regression, smoke, and UAT support testing

Execute test cases and document results clearly

Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA / ALM / Azure DevOps

Work closely with developers and business teams for issue resolution

Prepare daily/weekly test status reports and test metrics

Support end-to-end testing across multiple systems and integrations

Ensure adherence to QA processes and standards

Required Skills

Experience as a Test Analyst / QA Analyst

Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)

Hands-on experience in Manual Testing





Experience in Defect Management and test documentation

Knowledge of testing tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps - any)

Good communication and coordination skills
- Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Banking/Financial domain experience

Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation

Exposure to Automation Testing (Selenium / UFT - any)

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
