- Review and analyze assigned accounts
- Calculate payoff offers
- Negotiate payment agreements
- Coordinate with billing for adjustments
- Track and report performance
Requirements:
- Experience in Finance, Billing, or AR
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
