Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Senior Project Manager for a full-time remote or hybrid position.

This is a senior hands-on delivery leadership role responsible for driving execution across software development, IT operations, infrastructure, and business teams.

You will oversee planning, project tracking, Jira workflows, Confluence documentation, cross-functional coordination, release readiness, and incident management to ensure projects move efficiently from request to completion.

This role is adecuado for a highly organized project leader who enjoys structure, ownership, problem-solving, and keeping technical teams aligned under real delivery pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Strategic Execution
- Coordinate portfolios,



projects, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives
- Align priorities, milestones, resources, and dependencies across teams
- Translate business goals into structured execution plans
- Track business outcomes and delivery progress

Jira & Confluence Ownership
- Manage Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting accuracy
- Maintain organized Confluence spaces, project documentation, and knowledge bases
- Improve visibility, accountability, and system-of-record quality

Ticket Intake & Work Prioritization
- Review incoming requests and ensure clear requirements before development begins
- Define acceptance criteria, priorities, and routing to the correct teams
- Prevent incomplete or unclear work from entering active queues

Team Coordination & Delivery Follow-Up
- Assign work based on priorities, skills, and capacity
